Windows XP How do i stop this?

Ive googled "DCOM Explot" and the IP but i cant work out how to fix it, this is Avast giving me the error and its windows XP.

Ignore it ... turn off the 'messaging' from Avast, and enjoy your computer.

It's not an error.
