This just started today, I'm playing games on my laptop and a message from
Windows saying that I have been idling for more than 10 minutes and to click
yes for me to continue being on the internet, if not Windows was going to
shut me down. How do I stop this message from coming on every 10 minutes? I
really appreciate any help, thanks.

Check the system for possible spyware infestation.

Also, check in the Power Options in Control Panel and check the
settings for Hybernation.
