How Do I stop the Window sizr from changing?

Every time I resize an IE window when browsing the next
time I open a new IE window it is resizes itself to the
previous resized window setting and I cannot get it go
back to full screen?? please help

Right-click the shortcut you use to access IE.
Properties.
Change to run in a maximized window.
Apply\okay your way out.
 
That's only good for the first IE window opened in one session, Maureen, not
all windows.

I know, Pa, but it isn't clear to me that he is right-clicking a link
to open in a new window. I took the question as indicating that in
clicking his shortcut to open IE, "normal" became the last window size
used during his previous IE session.

Windows will always remember the size of the last window closed in any
application.
