how do I stop ppt from asking me if I want to install language pac

I work at a global company, which means every time I get a powerpoint file
from someone overseas, powerpoint asks if I want to install a language pack
in whatever language the sender normally use.

The thing is - for ppt, we only use english. Always. There is NEVER a need
for me to install a language pack, but ppt keeps asking me.

So, how do I turn this off?
