How do I stop Outlook from automatically opening on start up?

How do I remove my Outlook from starting automatically when I boot up? When
I right click on any of the outlook icons, there is only a "Pin to start
menu" and no way to unpin it, or remove/delete it from Start>All
programs>Startup>Outlook 2003(2)? I know it's probably an easy fix that I'm
just not seeing here. Any suggestions would be really appreciated. Thanks.

Start button > All Programs > Startup folder. RIGHT click on the
Outlook entry and click on Delete. Does this not work?
