reply in the rule. I come from Novell - Groupwise to Outlook and
what I don't get is how and where to add the exception to the OOA
rule. Is it within the OOA or within the Rules and Alerts?
GroupWise was more manageable in this area.

From field. Click Advanced. Select "Only items that do not match these
conditions". Click OK. Add some condition, like "Alert with" and play a
sound.
