What EXACTLY do you mean by "autodeleteing"?

I mean that the addresses disappear from the contacts folder and reappear in

Check your Autoarchive settings on your Contacts Folder.

I have checked the autoarchive settings - which are currently set to run
every 13 days - and the other boxes ( delete expired items; archive or delete
old items) are empty.

Addresses or contact records?

sorry - I missed your reply - the items are deleting from the contacts
folder in Microsft Outlook - which I use only for a data base ( calendar,
contacts and notes and tasks). I use Outlook express for e mailing.

You must have something on your PC (some add-in or something) that's causing
it because Outlook will not simply delete items for no reason.
