How do I stop my web links from opening up a new page?

When I click on any link in my web page that I created, it opens a new page
for that link. How can I stop this form happening? I am extremely new to the
program and am teaching myself to use it. Any help would be much appreciated.
 
Edit the link and where it says Target Frame don't pick new window
