Hi,
I've created a signature in Word (2003) that looks fine, works fine when I
create a NEW email (in Outlook 2003) but when I REPLY to someone's email the
signature comes out as Times New Roman and is increased in font size.
I've tried opening the formatting side-bar in Word and Outlook and
specifying the Normal style as being Arial 10pt, saving to the template and
automatically updating... but although it works for that email, it doesn't
have any affect.
I've also gone into Tools/Options/mail format>Fonts and changed all the
fonts to Arial 10pt... still no joy.
Any ideas much appreciated!
