No, not the contact page. The "Water Systems Inquiry" Page is the one I
cannot get to work. I have tried everything i can think of 10 times and still
nothing.

Usually this is a permissions issue. You can check and make sure that the
directory the upload files go into has proper permissions and allows the
anonymous user to write to it. If you're saving the results to a file as
well you'll need to check that directory and/or file. You may also have to
contact the host just in case that the dll that the form is posting to as a
form handler hasn't had it's permissions messed up. FP permissions can get
"touchy" about what exactly it wants to do things correctly and sometimes an
admin can tighten something too much.

Hope this helps,

Okay, I got around the password part, now it says:
"Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page:
Correct me if I am wrong, but I believe that is the server's problem. I have
been sending emails with them for the past 36 hours and they don't their
their butts from a hole in the ground. The last response I got was "Try it
now please? If you have any further questions, we would be happy to help you."

Anyway, is there anyway it is something still wrong with the setup of the
page/site ?

Thank you all for help and advise

You are using File Upload in the form
1) Require a Windows hosted server w/ a host that allows / supports it
2) Must be configured correctly per

Thank you are all very helpful, but how would i find the same info for
frontpage 2003?

Thanks,
Chris

It's for the extensions being used, not specifically for a version of FP.
You can also see:
Check if SMTP server settings are correctly configured. The following KB
articles explain how to configure SMTP for FPSE 2000 and 2002.
