How do i stop my computer dialling international phone numbers when on porn site

My computer dials international number when on some porn
sites - is there a way to stop this via explorer settings?

And not looking forward to next phone bill

I did manage to change internet settings via control panel
and now at least i get a box which says that i am
accessing a international number and i am aware of it
without having to read all the smallprint
