G Gord Dibben May 6, 2010 #3 Post some examples of the numbers if Jacob's re-format does not fix it. If you enter 5/5 or 5-5 Excel will treat as a date. Those types of data must have pre-formatting of TEXT or precede the number with an apostrophe. Gord Dibben MS Excel MVP
