How do I stop content on multiple pages on my web site...?

I just want to modify one page without that modifcation going to each and
every page of my web site
 
Make sure you are inserting your changes outside of the shared border area of your pages.

Sounds like you are modifying a shared border - any changes here will
affect every page that uses that shared border.
