How do I stop Application Change Alerts, when starting ICQ or Trillian

When one of these IM apps start up, MS Antiwpyware alerts
"An Application Change has been allowed". In the Manage
dialogue that appears, there are no items listed to remove
or manage. The log shows the event as a Context Menu
Handler related to Trillian.
I have not been able to find any info on managing these
alerts; if anyone can advise, I'd appreciate it.

Try this:
Options | Settings | Alerts

Uncheck "Enable allowed alerts"
