How do I stop an outgoing message?

I tried to send an email and the attachment was too large. Now it just sits
in my outbox. When I try to delete it I get the message that Outlook has
already begun sending the message. How do I stop or delete the message?

File-Work Offline. Wait 5 minutes. Delete the email. Then do File-Work
Online.

Except there is no File>Work Online.
