See http://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/messagestuckinoutbox.htm Another possibility is that you have a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook and that it is stuck there. Disable/uninstall this integration and it should stop being send as well. See http://www.msoutlook.info/question/20
