I read in a long-lost PC Magazine that there was some utility (built-in or
otherwise) that lets you specialize your CPU cores, e.g. core one for
foreground tasks/programs\core two for background processes. I can't rember
how to do this. Can anyone tell me? I see an option in Task Manager to
move an individual process to one core, but not categories of processes.
Thanks.
