I will be giving a presentation (PowerPoint 2003, WindowsXP) and want to
record my audience's preferences. They will choose five items from a matrix
of 30 on screen and selection will be through buttons on each of the 30
possible choices.
I can add the buttons, so that when an item is selected an event will be
trigged. However, I only know how to do the first choice - by going to one
of 30 slides with that option. If I choose another option I 'loose the
first one' as I am going to another slide with only that latter option
selected. I know that my objective cannot be achieved with this method.
I need to be able to select any one of 30 choices and keep a cumulative view
of the five choices with the option of clearing all and starting again.
Any help would be really appreciated.
