how do i show Friday and saturday as the weekend days?

i need to show friday and saturday as the weekend days in Outlook2003 but
that does not seem possible. further, the weekends are always compressed and
I don't want this to happen. how should I change this?
 
To show friday and saturday as weekend and not work day:
Tools
options
calendar/calendar options
Under calendar work week select only Monday to Friday and put in the
starting and ending time of your work day

As for the compression - I have found no solution yet.
 
Tools->options->calendar options. Click on your preferred working week
days.

To uncompress the weekend days, right click in an empty area of your
calendar, select more settings. Uncheck the box to compress weekend days.
