How do I show Attachments List in the Body of an Email?

We want to have the attachment List at the bottom of the email below the
signature for data recording processes. This saves us time rather than typing
the names of files in.

Can anyone HELP??? IT friends cant even help me out... We are stuck!

Since you never mentioned WHICH version of Outlook that you use, any guess
of a version is correct.
