How do I share my contacts using a pop3 server?

I need other people in my office to access my contacts and contact folders in
outlook. I have tried exporting the contacts to a pst file, writing to disc
and installing on the other machines in the ofice but it wont let me do it.
Any suggestions?
Is there a way of sharing the contacts folder with other network users using
the pop3 server network?
