I'm running microsoft office outlook 2003 on two computers. I know there is
a way to connect to the calendar and email information on the host computer
via my wireless connection, but don't know how to do it. I do not need to
have both copies open at the same time. I just need to be able to access and
modify the same calendar and email info. changes can be stored on the host
computer. The 2 computers are desk tops and are about 10 feet apart.

Thank you

Thank you for your response. I did know about these sites but there is also
some way to access the information on my host (or main) computer from my
secondary computer just via my Lynxis wireless router. I had a tech set it
up for me and it worked before, however, I turned off my host computer
without turning off my secondary computer and now it only pulls up a blank
outlook. I can't find my tech any more and am trying to reset it.

Thank you for any responses.

Dear Nitzy,

it seems that you are using the same PST file of your host computer also on
the secondary computer.

At first information, this solution is an unsupported solution of Microsoft.

Anyhow, if you want to use the same PST file also on your secondary
computer, you must search from your secondary computer for "PST" files on
your host computer. Normally you will find an "Outlook.pst" file.

If you have an access to the harddisk (from your secondary computer to your
host computer) you can open this "Outlook.pst" file in your Outlook with
"file/open/Personal Folder (PST)" but be sure that you have the correct path
to the PST file on the host computer.
Your Outlook on the host computer must be closed, because you can not open
the PST file with 2 Outlooks in the same time (without 3rd party solutions).

If you don´t find any PST files: On Windows 2000 or XP, you may need to use
Tools/Folder Options/View in Windows Explorer and select "Show hidden files
and folders".

I hope this helps.
