how do I share files from laptop to main computer?

I have a laptop that I use and want my home computer to have the same
information on it as the laptop ie; outlook e-mails, I have information on my
laptop and need it also on my home computer. Can I somehow get them to share
the same e-mails, folders, and contacts?
 
This newsgroup is for questions about interacting with external data using
Access, the database product that's part of Office Professional.

I'd suggest reposting your question to a newsgroup related to Outlook.
