how do i share calendars over a network?

I am trying to share calendars over a small office network. I would like to
know how I can post everyone's calendar on the central computer or utilize my
web host to do the same.
 
You need to supply a LOT more information for someone to help.

What version of Outlook? Are you using Exchange? If not, what type of mail
server are you using?
