How do I share a PST calendar in office 2003?

I have a user that has created a calendar in their pst file and I cannot
figure out how to share it out. I would appreciate any help. Thank you.
 
I am using a microsoft exchange server.

But you said you wanted to share the calendar file in a .pst file. That is not an option.
