How do I setup accounts for two users in Outlook?

How can I set up seperate accounts or files for multiple users of Outlook? We
would like to keep seperate contact lists, and have each users name appear in
the header of their own emails and contact lists when printed. Is this
possibleÉ

you must create for every user an own Outlook and E-Mail profile.

How to create a new e-mail profile in Outlook 2003?:

You must select in the "Control Panel/Mail" (doubleclick on Mail) "Prompt
the profile" after you created the asdditional profile, so select the "users
profile". I would give the profiles the name of the users like "Mariposas
Profile".
