How do I setup a special landscape maintenance schedule?

Want to track what landscape work needs to be done each month (i.e., pruning,
fertilizer type by plant, best dates for new plants by type, etc.). Once
setup, I'd like to make it a recurring event so that the landscape can easily
be maintained annually. Possible to "overlay" a special calendar in Outlook
so that I can choose to view it?

Outlook 2003 does a good job of showing calendar folders side-by-side. I was
actually thinking of doing something similar, since I've planted a lot of
new shrubs over the past 2 years and need to do a better job of tracking
their pruning and feeding schedules. I hadn't decide, though, whether to use
a calendar folder or a tasks folder.

One of my clients has a Tasks folder for his entire garden's schedule of
pruning and fertilising including which fertiliser to use. He also links
documents to a Contact for each plant type - the document may explain why to
use certain fertilisers, when to prune etc. It's an absolute work of art!
