I created a name field and an email field as well as a submit button. But
when I click the submit button in the preview mode nothing happens. I would
like to have viewers request a newsletter from my site. Any help would be
much appreciated.

FP forms only work when published to a server running the FP Server Extensions in http mode (w/ Email transport enabled by the host
if sending to an Email address) and when previewed in Brower (not in FP preview)

I just uploaded my page containing the form to my host. My host is windows server 2003 with frontpage extensions installed but when I click on the submit button it stills goes to an error page? How do I enable email transport? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank You

Your host must configure the extensions to support email, and you must publish the site to the
live/remote server via File Menu | Publish Web / Site in the following format:
http://www.yourdomainname.com
