How do I setup a mailing list database in access interacting with.

.... Word, Excel and Publisher

I would like to create a database for mailing (snail mail) using Access and
then interact with Word for my client's mail, with quick client data
selection, print my envelopes and bank forms in publisher, and invoices in
excel.

Did not find the appropriate templates for Access so far on mstemplates.

Access comes with two or three templates that would help you with this. Try
one of those to start.
