How do I setup 24 hour clock in Vista x64 RC1?

I don't see an option for setting the clock to a military or 24 hour scheme.
Nothing in the help files either.

Anyone know how to accomplish this? Better yet - is there a registry
reference guide published yet?
It is under "Regional settings", Customize

Microsoft have decided that having a 12hr clock in the dumbed down UI, is
in your best interest, please don't fight it... If you feel you can't
conform to Microsoft's new decision, you can change it in Regional
Options, but the Microsoft UI Enforcement Squad may be round breaking down
your door...

By default my machine is configured with a 24 hour clock, because that's the
"official standard" in the UK.

If you're in the United States for example and you want to override it you
can do that like in previous Windows versions in Regional and Language
Settings.

Same here, 30 miles down the road from you in sunny Weymouth, the standard
is 24hr clock...
