How do I set up this email account?

I know this sounds like a stupid question but it keeps asking me for the POP
thing and the outgoing mail server and I am not sure how to find these
things... Please Help!

You really should ask your ISP or mail provider (if different).
Most ISPs have a web page with directions for setting up a
mail account. Looks like your ISP is Embarq. Their website is
not very helpful. I found the following information elsewhere:

Incoming mail server: pop.embarqmail.com
Outgoing mail server: smtp.embarqmail.com
Use your email address as your username.
Also, under Outgoing, checkmark the box for "My server
requires authentication."

They vary with what internet provider you have chosen. You'll probably
get an answer faster if you ask your internet provider.
