How do I set up Outlook with my hotmail account?

I am trying to set up my hotmail plus account through Microsoft outlook. It
isn't express and I do not know what the POP3 and IMAP servers should be and
don't know who to ask...

Hotmail doesn't use either POP or IMAP, it uses HTTP and it must be a paid
Hotmail account if you want it to work with Outlook or Outlook Express.
 
I just upgraded my hotmail account, now what?

Upgraded to what? What have you tried so far? Have you read the Microsoft
articles on how to connect to Hotmail with Outlook?
