How do I set up Outlook to access my netscape mail account?

I have a netscape mail account which I would like to check via Outlook. Are
they entirely mutually incompatible?

if you have a netscape mail accout, why do you want to use Outlook?
Sure you can use Outlook, but after checking with outlook, outlook will be
your default email Client!
You ever have to change the default.
