If you read that link, you will see that you need to provide at least SOME
information - the phrase "everytime I attempt I get an error message" is NOT
providing any information.

I'm attemptng to set up my email account. I'm not sure what the in and out mail servers are. I have Windows XP. The error messages are "The connection to the microsoft Exchange Server is unavailble. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action." Another is "Unable to open your default email folders

Presumably you are trying to do this while connected to your work network? I
suggest you ask your Exchange Admin on how to do this....

And if you're NOT attempting to setup Outlook for an Exchange Server on your
office network, go to ''Control Panel|Mail|Show Profiles', create a new
profile, and do NOT add the Exchange Server service to it. For a home user,
you'll probably want POP3/SMTP or IMAP. Which to use, the necessary server
names and any other necessary settings will be available from your ISP.
