How do I set up outlook 2007?

I am trying to set up either yahoo or msn email address with Outlook 2007.
MSN says I need a paid account and yahoo just keeps popping up the password
box.
 
Have you asked MSN and Yahoo!? They each have pages for configuring your
mail accounts and the requirements to use their services. both require paid
accounts.
