how do I set up offline folder to automatically sync

I would like to set up an automatic synch on exit when I
am working offline using Outlook 2002. Is there a way to
do this?
 
I know in Outlook 2000, if you go to Tools>Options and
click on the Mail Services tab, there is a check box
under "enable off Access" that says "When Online,
syncronize all folder upon exiting". This should make that
work.
