how do i set up my mails in outlook in my laptop & have in deskto

i have my microft office at my desktop and i have to set all the messages in
my laptop too and i have set the all the email acccounts same as my desktop
but i cannot see my mail in my laptop but i can see the mails in my desk top
how do i get all my mails in my laptop plz help me in stting this

You first: what type of account, what version of Outlook?
