I have created some templates in Outlook which include some tables pasted
from Excel. The templates in Outlook did not keep some of the formatting
from Excel. I would like to modify the html to make these changes, but don't
know how to get into the html in the template without breaking it as a
template. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Amy

Sorry, yes they are .oft files. It is Outlook 2003, but this user has Word
XP/2002 so it doesn't interface directly.

Thanks,
Amy

If you don't have access to WordMail, there's no way to edit the HTML
directly.

How can I access WordMail? Do I need to have the same version of Outlook and
Word? If that is the case my user could just create tables in her Outlook
email messages directly.

Thanks,
Amy

WordMail is the use of Word as the email editor for Outlook. It is not
supported in your configuration where you have mismatched versions of
Outlook and Word. When WordMail is active, the user can use virtually any
Word feature, including table creating and HTML source editing.
