Version 2 of WS:Repeat Appointment scheduled for release in Q4 2004 will
allow you to perform the function that you require. However, both the sender
and the recipient will need to have the Addin installed for all features to
be available.
We will be sending out a newsletter to registered users with details on the
new version in the next 10 days but it includes the following features.
a.. All the features of WS:Repeat Appointment 1 plus
b.. Ability to mix appointments that meet a pattern with adhoc
appointments. For example you can set an appointment for the first Monday of
each month and then modify with adhoc function to change some Mondays to the
Tuesday.
c.. Send invites as well as set personal appointments
d.. Configure up to four time zones so that when an appointment is set,
you can see what time the appointment will occur in each time zone. Ideal
for setting appointments that involve people in different time zones
(e.g.conference calls)
WS:Repeat Appointment may be found at
www.websetters.co.uk or contact us at
(e-mail address removed) if you would like to receive details of WS:Repeat
Appointment II.
The version 2 will be available as a FREE to existing licence holders of

So, my question is can *I* create such an Outlook event, myself. Say, I'd
like to send you three separate meeting occurences that occur at different
times of day. Can I send a combined request that would import all three
meetings into your calendar at once?

Not sure about your overall vision but most airline bookings will now allow
you to add an Outlook event. (through Expedia, at least and someone sent me
one from another airline, I forget which.)

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Lookout asked:
| Is it possible to combine several appointments from my outlook
| calendar into one icon to send to someone the body of an email. For
| example I may have several instances of a meeting at different times
| on different days. I would like to combine them into one icon to
| forward to someone as an invitation to this series of meetings. A
| simple example is the departure and return of a round trip airline
| ticket. I'd like to send them to the person dropping me off and
| picking me up.
