How do I set up an email distribution list?

I am using the Contacts database iin Outlook. I want to create a new
distribution list but when I go to build the list the "Contacts" database
does not show the names of the companies associated with the contacts.

I do not know all of my contacts by their email addresses or names since
many are prospects I have met at trade shows and other business gatherings.
Even when I am in a specific contact file I cannot figure out a way to add
that contact to a particular distribution list. Can anyone help?
 
Use the "By company" view of your Contacts. Copy those in the same company
to a separate Folder and enable it as an email address book. Then open that
Folder in the DL dialog box.
