How do I set up an automatic email to be sent daily?

My system generates a management report everyday that I would like to
distribute via email.

Is there a way to have Outlook automatically send an email everyday to the
same recipients with an attachment? The report file is overwritten each
night, so the attachment will be the same file name and location for every
message, but the content of the file being attached changes each day.
