how do i set up access for my real estate business?

I am a real estate agent and need to have a database system to store details
of my business like properties available,properties wanted,rentals
available,rentals wanted,commercial space etc.What and how many tables do I
need to make to store this data?and how will the tables be related to one
another?A sample access database showing this would be much appreciated.

I built a database like this when I tried to do real estate for about a
year. It took me several months to get the database even close to what I
wanted. It was extremely complex. Unless you are an advanced Access user,
I would not recommend it.

There are tons of comercial products for this. Most of them integrate with
the MLS so you can easily pull CMAs and other stats.
