how do i set up a work calendar

How can I set up two work calendars so that one is my personal calendar and
thin have a work one that everyone can see. Like whats going on for that
month metting events. any help one that one.

Are you using Exchange?

You have a couple of choices. The one I'd make is to have a public calendar
(not a shared calendar) in a public folder for the "coming events" work
calendar.
