I need a chart that starts with the 'budget", then adds or subtracts the

Bear in mind that PPT has a basic data sheet that doesn't do calculations.
So you may prefer to do this chart in Excel. Or just plug in the appropriate
data -- not the formula.

Wow. Thank you Peltier. I used the utility at
http://peltiertech.com/Excel/Charts/Waterfall.html It is extremely simple to
use and accomlished in seconds what could take hours each month if the data
changed often.
