how do i set up a slot choice for meeting

I have an HR meeting that people can attend at several different time slots.
Can i send out a meeting request that has a choice to join the 11 am, 2 pm or
4 pm session for example. Can I limit the amount of people that accept a
specific time slot if for instance i have limited amount of space (first come
first serve basis) - and they would get a message saying something like this
time slot has been filled please pick one of the other times available.

No such function exists.

You could send an email with Voting buttons and type your own button names
eg 11am; 12am; 2pm

Outlook will track how many people prefer each time. It is not going to make
a meeting though.
