How do I set up a shared office calendar that automatically uploa.

I work on an office where we all use office calendar to schedule our
individual meetings, however, we then have to manually transfer these
meetings to the shared calendar in our public folders box - is there a way to
share our calendars with the general office diary without having to enter
meetings etc., in twice ? Please help !
