how do i set up a resource calendar?

I have setup a user(resource i.e. conference room) on Exchange and have given
myself permission to it, but I am unclear as to how to open that "user's"
calendar to enable resource scheduling for it. If I try to add another
account it tells me I can only have one. What all needs to happen to get this
working? I have found no good documentation on this seemingly simple task
anywhere.
 
Ok. I have setup an additional Outlook profile and logged into it (conf
room1) and have gone into permissions and set myself and another up as
"author" and told it to auto accept/decline etc.
It does not auto accept anything and allows overbooking of that resource
during the same meeting times.
Any thoughts?
 
don't forget to book the resource as a resource.
do not simply add it to the list of attendees.
