How can I schedule recurring appointments that have different dates or start
times, ie one month may be on 21st, next month on 12th etc..

I will go out on a limb - I do not believe this is possible in Outlook. The
recurring feature is setup to repeat the same meeting into the future. By
definition if your appointments are at different times and dates they are
different meetings not the same meeting reoccurring.

If there actually is a way to do this in Outlook I would be interested as
well. There may be even a 3rd party add-in available or coding that can be
done.

Francine - Oh dear, I thought someone might say that. It is very frustrating
when you have a year's worth of appointments to send to 20 people and just
because they don't fall on exactly the same day each month, you have to send
12 separate appointments! Lotus Notes has this as a 'custom' meeting option
and its really useful!
