How do I set up a reminder to insert a Subject line

I want to set up a reminder that prompts me if I forget to add a subject line
in my emails. I've seen it before, it says 'This email does not contain a
subject, do you want to send?'.

How do I do this?

There is no such feature, but you can build it in with a little VBA code:

Private Sub Application_ItemSend _
(ByVal Item As Object, Cancel As Boolean)
If Item.Subject = "" Then
Cancel = True
MsgBox "Please fill in the subject before sending.", _
vbExclamation, "Missing Subject"
End If
End Sub
