How do I set up a record for incoming invoices

My boss has suggested and instructed that from now on, all invoices be
received by me… now I want to create a database where I can keep a record and
track all incoming invoices anyone could help?

See if there is a template database from Microsoft that may be usable for
this tracking:

If you don't find something there, post back with details about what data
you want to record in your database.

You need to create a table to hold invoice details and another to hold
customer details. Link them by customer ID. One customer can have many
invoices.
